FAQs
What can coaching offer me if I have ADHD?

Think of ADHD coaching as the compass you didn't know you needed. It's not only about managing symptoms. It's about understanding the why behind your actions and reshaping your systems, routines and habits for long-term success. Coaching fills the gaps left by other treatment methods, providing practical, everyday strategies tailored to how your ADHD brain works.
What if I struggle with sticking to the program?

Consistency can be a challenge with ADHD. RenaFi is designed with this in mind. Our flexible structure and on-demand resources mean you can still achieve significant progress, even when your engagement ebbs and flows. Plus, our community and accountability groups are here to give you that extra nudge when you need it.
Can I benefit from RenaFi without attending live sessions?

Absolutely. While live participation has its perks, we record all group coaching series sessions for you to watch at your convenience. This ensures you won't miss out on the insights and strategies shared, allowing you to learn and grow at your own pace.
I prefer personalized attention. Is one-on-one coaching available?

Yes, we understand the value of individualized support. RenaFi offers one-on-one coaching sessions (at a very reasonable additional cost) aimed at providing personalized guidance and strategies to meet your unique needs and goals.
Do I need to be actively coached to see improvements?

Active One on One coaching can accelerate your growth, but it's not the only way to see results. RenaFi offers a wealth of resources, from workshops to peer support, that will significantly impact your ADHD management and personal development journey. AND, in some respects, RenaFi group coaching series are actually more effective than One on One personal coaching. But that’s always an option. RenaFi’s One on One coaching is totally flexible. No need to pay by the month with a long commitment, as is the norm in the ADHD coaching world. At RenaFi, you choose. On demand. One session or dozens of sessions. Whatever works best for you.
What if I get behind in the program?

Falling behind isn't a failure. It's part of the journey, especially with ADHD. RenaFi's flexible access to materials and supportive community means you can pick up right where you left off, without judgment, pressure or missing out on anything.
Is RenaFi suitable for those who are self-diagnosed with ADHD?

Absolutely. Whether you're formally diagnosed or self-identified, RenaFi welcomes you. Though we do recommend getting a diagnosis because of the benefits it brings to YOU and we might be able to recommend provider services. Our focus is on addressing ADHD-related challenges and strengths, providing support and strategies that benefit all members of the ADHD community.
