Rena-Fi, Inc. is an online financial literacy platform whose mission it is to empower you to achieve financial success. At Rena-Fi, Inc., we offer online courses, webinars and online workshops to help increase your financial knowledge and make better decisions on finance related issues.

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of rena-fi.com and renafi.com. For these terms, reference shall be made to “we” “us” “our” “website” “instructor” or any similar term shall be referenced to Rena-Fi, Inc. while “you” “student” shall be the user of Rena-Fi, Inc.'s services.

By registering with Rena-Fi, Inc. you unconditionally accept these terms and agree to be bound by them. You also accept and agree that you are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, rules, regulations, and requirements of the jurisdiction in which you live that may apply to your use of Rena-Fi’s materials, app and/or website.

REGISTRATION

You must register first to gain full access to Rena-Fi, Inc. You are responsible for the credentials you provide during the sign-in process as well as activities that occurred through the use of your account.

EVENTS

At Rena-Fi, Inc., we have a schedule of various weekday activities of master classes and the time at which they will be taught. By using this website, you agree that you are aware of all these programs and you are entitled to attend any one that suits you.

COURSES

At Rena-Fi, Inc., we offer various courses, with subjects from personal finance to behavioral modification. All of these are listed on the website for you to choose from.

FEES

Rena-Fi, Inc. provides an online financial literacy program. One payment (annually or monthly) gives you full access to all of Rena-Fi’s subscriber contents such as top-notch speakers, video hosted chat rooms, resources, and a growing course catalog.

There are two levels of membership - 1) Upfront payment for the whole 12-week course, and 2) Pay for 12-week course in 3 equal interest-free monthly installments.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Rena-Fi, Inc. is designed for engaging, effective and efficient learning. We are here to support you with one-on-one consultations, friendly customer support and quality instruction.

At Rena-Fi, Inc., there are diverse events lined up like live courses, webinars, and one-on-one consultations at various times. You agree to select from these events the ones that best suit you.

All contents, data and other information found on this website are owned and operated by Rena-Fi, Inc. and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws under the United States and are reserved. By using Rena-Fi, Inc.’s services, you agree to prevent unauthorized copying, use or distribution of the designs and contents of the website.

Rena-Fi, Inc. and its affiliates own all trademarks displayed by rena-fi.com and renafi.com. Nothing in these terms of service should be construed as transferring any aspects of such rights to you or any third party.

By using Rena-Fi, Inc., you agree to protect and not disclose any confidential information of rena-fi.com to any other individual or entity.

We respect your privacy which is incorporated into these terms of use and forms part of our agreement with you. All reasonable steps will be taken to protect your personal information though Rena-Fi, Inc. does not guarantee your personal information will not be compromised. AMENDMENT OF TERMS

Rena-Fi, Inc. reserves the right at any time and for any reason, without notification, in our sole discretion, to add, modify, delete any, part or all the Terms of Use that apply to you.

Rena-Fi, Inc. will send a courtesy notification when changes occur but receipt of such is not guaranteed. Rena-Fi, Inc. will not be responsible for any missed courses or courses wrongly chosen by the user due to carelessness or negligence. All information provided on this platform is obtained from reliable sources and taught by experts in the financial field. Rena-Fi, Inc. cannot guarantee the accuracy, validity, timeliness or completeness of the information or courses rendered to you for any particular purpose.

DISCLAIMER

You access and use Rena-Fi, Inc.’s services at your sole risk as this service is provided to you on an “as is” and “as available” basis. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Rena-Fi, Inc. harmless as well as its affiliates, agents and instructors from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from:

any violation or breach in the terms and conditions of this Agreement,
any activity related to your account, courses or events by negligent or wrongful conduct by you or any other person accessing your account,
your use of (or inability to use) your account with Rena-Fi, Inc.

TERMINATION

You agree that Rena-Fi, Inc. at its sole discretion may terminate or suspend access to and use of the Rena-Fi (or any part thereof) at any time and for no or any reason whatsoever, including (but not limited to):

Non-compliance with the Term of Use
If your subscription plan has lapsed
Prolonged inactivity
Modification or shut down to any or part of the website

You can also decide to request for termination of your account at any time if you no longer wish to make use of the service. You agree that Rena-Fi, Inc. shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of your method of or access to the website.

Termination of your account with Rena-Fi, Inc. will include all or any of the following:

Cancellation of your password and all related information associated with your account.
Barring or denial of access to courses and events on the website.
