We aren’t just off doing our own thing on our own little ADHD island.

 

Our team is deeply engaged with the ADHD community, fostering strong connections with leading ADHD organizations to support and advocating for those affected by ADHD. We are proud contributors to the Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA), where we share our knowledge and expertise through talks and volunteer efforts. Our commitment extends to CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), where our founder plays a vital role on the Chapter Advisory Board and serves as the Regional Coordinator for the Northern California Chapter. Additionally, we are regular speakers at the ADHD International Conference, contributing to the narrative with presentations on significant topics. Notably, at the most recent conference in Baltimore, we led a main session event on “Racial Justice As It Intersects With ADHD,” highlighting our dedication to addressing critical issues within the ADHD community.

6 WEEKS PER TOPIC

Offered on a rotating schedule. Each group coaching topic lasts for 6 weeks to make sure we can really dive into our topic and so you can get the most out of it.

2 SESSIONS PER WEEK

Each topic has two sessions a week. One session to introduce a concept and one workshop/discussion session.
